To register booth reps for this event select "Included Booth Rep" as the Guest Type from the drop down, enter the Guest Email address and click "Look Up Guest Info". Complete the booth rep's personal/contact information requested on the first page and click "Next". Agree to the Terms and Conditions (which are found on the "Responses" page of the primary registration) and select if the booth rep plans to attend breakout sessions, click "Next". The final page show pricing which should reflect a balance of $0.00 for the booth rep registration. When finished, click "Close Guest Updates".
With your booth fee, you may bring three reps. If you would like to bring additional reps to the show, contact the SAHMA office at 800-745-4088. (Additional booth reps are $50 each.) All booth reps must be identified on this page. If you the company contact, will be attending as a rep, be sure to add yourself.
Cancellations: Must be received in writing 10 business days prior to the start of the event to receive a refund less a $75 fee. After that date, only booth representative substitutions may be made. Additional Reps and Electricity are non-refundable. NO SHOWS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR FULL REGISTRATION FEE!
